Bill Barker
Managing Partner
Bill is the firm’s Managing Partner having taken on the
role at the beginning of 2004. In 2002 Bill became the firm’s
youngest ever Senior Partner.
Bill’s specialist area of expertise is intellectual
property.
He is a recognised as one of the country’s leading Intellectual
Property lawyers, having been involved in many law making litigation
cases including recently Ultraframe (UK) Ltd -v- Eurocell Profiles
Ltd. Practice areas include Patents, Designs, Copyright, Trade
Marks and Confidential Information He is well known for his work
in the field of anti-counterfeiting and has acted for clients
both nationally and internationally. Bill is recognised by the
Law Society as a solicitor permitted to supervise search and
seize orders.
