Smita Jamdar Partner Smita is a partner in our education team and specialises in dispute resolution for university and college clients. She has acted in many complex, high value, and sensitive education cases, as well as a number of prosecutions following major health and safety incidents. The cases in which Smita has acted include corporate manslaughter
investigations following fatal accidents, judicial reviews against
the decisions of regulators, large commercial disputes between
educational establishments and their suppliers and franchisees,
race, sex and disability discrimination claims by students and
other users of educational facilities and claims for educational
negligence.
