Richard Baizley Partner Richard undertakes a wide range of corporate and project transactions. From a corporate perspective these include corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures. From a projects perspective specialisations include PPP/PFI transactions, utilities and infrastructure projects both in the UK and abroad. Richard has particular experience of deals in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Recent transactions include the £300m divisionalisation and demerger of a leading independent recruitment company, a Euro 235m utility regeneration project in Northern Romania, advising upon a £42m refinancing , the reverse takeover of an AIM listed company , numerous PFI/PPP projects in the NHS, defence and education sectors, advising upon a £200m environmentally sensitive waste recycling and Waste to Energy plant in the Sultanate of Oman.
