Quentin Butler Partner Quentin is the partner in charge of our private client property team, which is divided into two parts: Landed Estate property, including development agreements for house-building and barn conversions and other diversification projects, planning agreements, leases and management of investment properties, advice about agricultural tenancies and farm business tenancies and cottage tenancies, mineral extraction and land-fill agreements, telecommunications agreements, access and pipeline agreements, boundary agreements, advice about public rights of way, sales and purchases for charities and other investors, and of course sales and purchases of country properties.
