Peter heads our Birmingham Commercial Contracts
Unit leading a team of 3 lawyers. Peter has advised extensively
on supply chain contracts. As a member of the British Franchise
Association, Peter also advises franchisors on their franchise documentation
and franchise management issues.
Peter's recent work includes:
- negotiation of a major downstream access agreement with Royal
Mail, acting for a pharmaceutical company in relation to strategic
contract with a high street optician
- advising a hospital on its property development plans
- a university on a wide range of contracting and spin out arrangements,
and health commissioner agreements, preparation of standard terms
of supply to Foundation Trusts
- work on an outsourced facilities management agreement for a
multinational in respect of its European premises
- development of franchise documentation for franchisor in the
palletised transport sector
- commercial contract advice to logistics providers management
of franchise dispute for a group of franchisees
