Hugh Edmunds Consultant Hugh is a consultant in our corporate group. He has a broad range of corporate and commercial experience, specialising in banking and security matters and corporate finance generally, including private equity. Hugh’s recent experience includes: regular advice
to a clearing bank on general banking and security issues;
advising in relation to the acquisition by their members of golf
clubs funded primarily by share issues;
advising on the legal and practical aspects of a report to the
Office of Fair Trading on the Transfer of Security in the SME
sector prepared for 8 clearing banks.
