Geraldine Tickle Partner Geraldine is a partner and head of our competition & procurement team. She is a competition specialist and advises on cartels and handling complaints to/investigations by authorities; abuse of a dominant position, pricing and discounts; merger control and state aids. Current work includes advising upon a number of multi-jurisdictional
linked cartels; advising upon a novel request for a reference
back to the UK authorities of a merger subject to EU rules; and
advising upon a multi-million Euro claim based on the discriminatory
effect of the German Commercial Code upon a UK company.
