David Gwyther Partner David is a partner in our commercial disputes management group and has wide experience of commercial dispute resolution , especially cases arising out of company share and asset transactions and professional negligence. He is a member of our competition team, and co-ordinator of our lawyers on dawn raid standby for clients. David is also Secretary and Accounting Officer of the British Hallmarking Council, a Non Departmental Public Body supervised by the Department of Trade and Industry. He is also Consul for Sweden in Birmingham and a Council member of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce.
