- Advising a Bank on its funding of the MBO of a group of companies
involved in the construction industry
- Advising a syndicate of VCT Investors on the advancement of
a bridging loan to an investee company for the purposes of funding
an additional acquisition
- Advising a Bank in respect of the senior, mezzanine and junior
facilities provided by it to a Newco for the purposes of an MBO
and advising on the priority issues and the subsequent syndication
of the loans
- Advising a corporate borrower on the terms of its refinancing
with a new Bank
- Advising a Bank on the provision of development finance to
a corporate borrower
- Advising a corporate borrower on the refinancing of its banking
facilities following a Section 110 reorganisation
