David Allison Partner David, a former managing partner of the firm, is a partner in the corporate group specialising in mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate structures, shareholders's agreements and general company law matters. He has led teams of specialist lawyers on many of the firm's larger transactions, including a £500 million acquisition for a US based client, and continues to act for a number of North American corporations. David is a also a member of the firm's education practice, advising on all corporate related matters in the Higher and further education sectors. He advises on mergers within the HE sector and was a key member of the team which advised on the merger of two London based Universities.
