Catherine Burke

Head of Projects Team, Partner

Catherine leads legal teams advising on complex and innovative public private partnerships, including PFI, from project structuring, procurement and bid evaluation through negotiations to financial close. She has experience acting for the public sector, private sector and funders

Among the transactions on which Catherine has played a leading role are: numerous schools PFI projects; several student accommodation PPP projects; advising the West Midlands Passenger Transport Executive on the Midlands metro light rail project; advising bidders on street lighting PFI projects; advising on the outsourcing of vehicle procurement and fleet management; advising on health PFI projects and medical equipment PFI projects and advising on field electrical power supplies project.
