Andrew Adams Head of Commercial Disputes Management Partner Andrew is head of the commercial disputes management group and also of the corporate and recovery services team. Among the major cases that Andrew has handled are a £2.3m
claim for a plc client seeking damages and rescission of a corporate
asset sale and purchase agreement, in which the claim was settled
in a comprehensively successful settlement; he also handled a
claim against a company director, the subject of a £2m
claim by a plc company of which he was formerly Chief Executive
and Chairman.
