Law firm acquires new London M&A partner

Birmingham and London law firm Martineau Johnson has appointed a new mergers and acquisitions partner to its expanding London practice.

Daniel Johnson will head the firm's M&A team in London and brings 15 years experience in public and private equity work, mergers and acquisitions activity and debt finance.

Mr Johnson has significant experience in working with AIM and London Stock Exchange companies and he also advises a large number of entrepreneurs, SMEs, private equity institutions and banks.

Richard Wrigley, head of Martineau Johnson's corporate team, commented: “With an upturn in M&A activity that is expected to continue, Dan will be a welcome addition to our successful 30-strong corporate team.

Mr Johnson will be based at the firm's new London offices in New Bridge Street and his arrival also marks an expansion to the firm's City presence.
