The automotive industry is uniquely complex and changeable. Our recent work in the automotive sector includes:

• preparing over two dozen agreements for distribution of automotives, parts and services, following the European Commission Block Exemption on the Motor Vehicle Sector
• advising a first tier supplier on providing goods and services by way of outsourcing to the assembly line of various volume car manufactures
• advising buying "organisations" on the structure of their agreements with those with whom they deal on both purchase and sale arrangements

In addition, within the sector we advise on mergers and acquisitions, financing and investments, outsourcing arrangements, as well as on property transfers and commercial disputes.
