Clients include
9 VCTs and 6 limited partnerships including the 4 Foresight
VCTs (fund manager: VCF Partners) and the only venture capital
fund for a consortium of the UK's Research Councils, the Rainbow
Seed Fund (fund manager: Midven).
The corporate group includes 3 partners, 1 associate and 1 solicitor
who are experienced advisers to VCTs, limited partnerships and other
fund structures.

The VCT Directors Club
The VCT Directors’ Club is convened by Martineau Johnson
twice each year to promote discussion in the industry and create
a forum through which improvements to current practices and legislation
can be instigated and benchmarks for best practice can be agreed.
This has been a very successful initiative which attracts approximately
50 VCT directors, fund managers and VCT advisers as well as leading
policy advisors from the Inland Revenue to every event.
