During your training contract you will explore six, four-month seats.

 

It is common for trainees to gain experience in our main areas of corporate, commercial disputes, commercial property and education/private client in the first year of the training contract. During the second year you can experience some of our niche areas and spend additional time in seats which you may wish to qualify into.

You are encouraged to think ahead and review and discuss your career path at each rotation with our graduate recruitment officer. Each trainee is provided with individual attention, ensuring that their needs are listened to, and catered for.
 
Our flexible rotation scheme results in each trainee having the relevant skills and experience, so that when you do qualify, you are prepared for the challenges ahead
